At Caring Haven, we provide homecare for elderly people, in their own homes. Whether you, or a family member, needs a little extra help around the house, We can support you. Our home help for elderly people ranges from assistance at either end of the day to 24-hour support. We make arranging care as easy as possible – all from the comfort of your own home.

Our homecare services can support seniors with those every day tasks that may have become difficult to manage. We recognise that daily activities may not be as easy to complete as they once were. But our friendly team of CareGivers can help with dressing, bathing, cooking and more.

Personal Care

Personal care is support that involves physical contact between a CareGiver and Client. This can include washing, dressing, grooming, toileting and continence care. Personal homecare incorporates all of these services, within the comfortable and familiar surroundings of your own home.

Caring for a loved one with complex, specialist needs can be overwhelming.

Specialist Care

Complex care refers to the level of care required by those with specific medical conditions or illnesses. Our specialist personalised care services involve additional expertise or specialist equipment. Conditions that call for specialist homecare support can include neuromuscular disorders, spinal injuries, cancer and more.

We believe that spending time with loved ones is important, which is why we provide complex care from respite or regular visits, through to 24-hour homecare. By working closely with our Clients and their loved ones, we help those with specialist needs to continue living in the comfort of their own home, surrounded by people who they trust.

Respite Care

Respite care is temporary care to provide relief for a primary CareGiver. This may be arranged to cover a permanent CareGiver’s time off. Or, respite homecare may simply provide extra support as and when you need it. Respite care can be planned as one-off or regular visits, to provide peace of mind.

Live-in Care

Live-in care involves having a fully-trained Carer who lives in your home full-time. Private live-in Carers offer support with day-to-day activities, personal hygiene maintenance, companionship, and even specialist medical care.

Our live-in care service is an extremely viable alternative to a care home. We offer one-to-one highly personalised, flexible care and support, in the comfortable and familiar surroundings of your own home.

Hospital to Home Care

Our home from hospital care service is designed to support those returning home after being discharged from hospital. If you’re coming home following illness, injury, or an operation, it can be comforting to have the support of a CareGiver in place of hospital staff.
